UNIVERSAL BENDER MACHINE 5 DIFFERENTS TOOL
The new model Eurekamatic CE/CN is completely run and aided by an incorporated microprocessor, which allows total precision and efficiency of the curving system. The display shows the desired angle of curvature and constantly informs the operator about the position and the movements of the curving axis. The incorporated software allows the easy storage of 45 different angles of curvature. The machine can work both manually and automatically, thus reducing working times.
Accessory on wich we can mount: angle bender, circle curve bender and 3 types of tube bender. One tool only for 4 types of work; sturdiness, flexibility, fast clamping; it can also be mounted on the old model Eurekamatic CE; possibility to make the vice closing either pneumatic or hydraulic.

FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Computerized CNC Roll Bending Machine operates in manual and automatic cycle with Direct Radius feature ( MEMOLI PROBENDING multilanguage software ) to produce multiple shapes and different bend radii on the same part.
• ending program facilitated with a material information library to store tooling and material information relative both to the pre-established selections (ovals, bows, arches, polygonal shapes, etc) as well as to your saved unique programs. Software may be set to load shapes designed using CAD/CAM type DXF files.
• Execution of variable radius bends with automatic interpolated blending control of machine movements. Possibility to add additional controlled axii for 3D bending.
• Acceleration and deceleration ramp control, stop and cycle inversion, self-learning / auto-teach mode, semiautomatic mode, mirror image mode and automatic mode.
